We're travelling again on a cruise via Holland America Line's M.S. Amsterdam. It is that time of the year and we are going to get away from the dreary dark rainy days of Vancouver! Among the places we're looking forward to visit are Myanmar, Oman, Dubai, Petra in Jordan and India to name a few. Crystal clear water, mystical islands, 75 degree sunshine and friendly port stops awaits us. Of course, there is Singapore, our former home away from home. It's always nice to visit and catch -up with friends and family, and eat our favorite hawker delight. The list of shore excursions, things to do and sights are so overwhelming.
On the ship, there are so many activities that we look forward to. I can't wait to enhance my watercolor and drawings. Bert can't get enough of lectures and computer lessons to name a few. We will have fourteen (14) formal theme nights and countless dinners. Judging by the number of on-board activities, our ship life warrants excitement and a perfect escape.
We also look forward to seeing friends, and some familiar faces. Most of all, we couldn't wait to see our beloved and friendly crew.
All of these adds up to great experience while experiencing the world!
